The Legacy of Modernism

Selected photographs documenting examples of modernist architecture in the UK and Europe taken from 1992 to 2002. This survey includes buildings by key architects alongside various forms of vernacular modernism, both of which demonstrate the creative and practical interpretation of a shared language. As physical artifacts they represent the 'afterlife' of the modernist legacy. A number of these buildings have subsequently been demolished.
